August - September 2008
God is good the way He sustains us through different seasons, even difficult times and terrible events. As I look at these pictures I see His freedom, His restoration, His promise, and how He turns the tables on the enemy each time. But I also see Him longing to share His heart, to put His "seed" in us if we will receive it. He loves us and never lets us go, but calls us to rest in His love, in His word. I see the whole cycle here of death, promise and resurrection. Thank You, Lord! Carry us all the way through and break off anything we don't need, in Jesus' name, amen.
