A Wedge

In Your hand, I am a wedge,
as I am held in Your hand.
Hold me then, Lord.
I surrender myself to You.
May I be dead to all else,
a tool in Your hand,
Master Craftsman,
Healing Carpenter,
for Your purposes,
for designs You alone can see,
and that Your hands' work alone
can bring about.
In Jesus' name, amen.
