Getting Written On!

I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from My God; and I will also write on him My new name.

Did you ever write your name on yourself or on a friend when you were children? I am pretty sure I did! I can still remember that childish joy, the fun of doing it. Writing my name here. Writing my name there. And writing my name on a friend -- that's something special! A friend writing his or her name on me -- that's special!

Goodness, Lord, now I'm weeping again in Your Spirit with Your love. Thank You. This cartoonish sketch picture came while I was staying in Maryland recently and was reading this passage in Revelation before bed. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You for Your joy, Your love, for writing Your name on us. Thank You. In Jesus' name, amen.
